Eric S. Kane

Mr. Kane practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Mr. Kane has been recognized by Super Lawyers, National Advocates Top 10 Lawyers, and has a perfect 10.0 rating by Avvo. Mr. Kane was honored by the  American Cancer Society as a National Professional Advisor of the Year and by the University of Miami Office of Estate Planning and Law Alumni Association for his achievements. Mr. Kane is presently serving as the Chair of the American Cancer Society's Nationwide Gift Planning Advisor Council.In 2022 Mr. Kane was a faculty presenter for the Society of Financial Services Professionals (FSP) where he lectured on the topic of Charitable Planning Strategies. The lecture provided estate planning attorneys and financial advisors from over 40 states with an overview of the various charitable planning options and strategies that could be applied for nontaxable estates.In 2021 and 2019 Mr. Kane was a faculty presenter at the Florida Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (FMDA) Annual Conference where he lectured on the legal and ethical implications involving the use of Advanced Directives.In 2020, Mr. Kane was as a faculty presenter at the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care (Nadona) Annual Conference.Mr. Kane is a graduate of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Florida Fellows Institute, graduatedcum laudewith a J.D. and L.LM from the University of Miami School of Law, and graduatedcum laudewith a B.A. in Government and Latin American Studies from Franklin and Marshall College.
