Erin M. Bogdanowicz

Attorney Erin M. Bogdanowicz is the founder of Bogdanowicz PLLC in Plano, Texas. Ms. Bogdanowicz focuses her practice exclusively on family law, handling matters involving divorce, business divorce, high-asset divorce, complex property division, child support, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and spousal support. She also handles court order enforcements and modifications as well as adoption cases involving stepparents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and others. She serves clients throughout the DFW area.In recognition of her legal accomplishments, D Magazine named her as a Best Attorney Under 40 in 2020.  The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys added the name of Ms. Bogdanowicz to the list of “10 best attorneys for client satisfaction” and “10 best attorneys in family law in Texas.” The National Academy of Family Law Attorneys included her name to the list of “top 10 family law attorneys in Texas under the age of 40” in 2014, and Attorney and Practice magazine added her name to the list of “Top 10 Family Law Attorneys” in 2017.Active in her legal community, Ms. Bogdanowicz belongs to the family law section of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, Texas Family Law Foundation, the Curt Henderson American Inn of Court, and the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court.Ms. Bogdanowidz gives back to her community through volunteer and pro bono work. She is a member of the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and serves her community through her church.After graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Edward’s University, Ms. Bogdanowicz earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. In addition, she is a certified family law mediator.
