During her time there, she was a member of the National Lawyers Guild, the Public Interest Legal Foundation and the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. She received her Juris Doctor in 2020, and a year later, she obtained her license to practice law in New York.While in law school, Ms. Kelley served as a legal extern at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. There, her shrewd legal acumen and talents were tested and shaped through researching subjects such as prisoner civil rights and habeas corpus, among other dutiful responsibilities.
