Evan M. Padilla, one of the founding partners of Zajac & Padilla, LLC, is an aggressive yet result-oriented attorney practicing law at the firm based in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Focusing his career on representing individuals who were injured due to no fault of their own, he has handled a plethora of cases involving construction accidents, medical malpractice matters, product liability and premises liability.While Mr. Padilla is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he has litigated complex cases across the country and obtained justice for his clients. One of his most notable achievements is representing a plaintiff in a building collapse case and securing one of the largest settlements in the history of Pennsylvania, a whopping $227 million! Recently, he worked alongside the firm’s co-founder and helped him secure a $2.26 million settlement in a medical malpractice case against a physician.A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Padilla moved to Boston for his undergraduate studies after finishing high school. He attended Boston College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 2007. He returned to his home state to pursue law studies at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and graduated in 2012 with his Juris Doctor. The same year, he earned his bar license and started his career as an associate attorney at a renowned firm in the state.Since then, Mr. Padilla has worked in multiple firms across Pennsylvania, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge by representing victims of negligence.
