Evan Wiederkehr is an attorney at The Wiederkehr law group, P.C. in White Plains, New York. Mr. Wiederkehr focuses his practice on family law as well as commercial and real estate litigation and transactions. He handles matters involving adoption, alimony, divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, paternity, visitation and other domestic related issues. He serves clients in White Plains, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens, and throughout Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties.Over the course of his career, Mr. Wiederkehr has litigated complex family and matrimonial matters. He has been licensed to practice law since 1999 and is admitted in all New York state courts, before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.Active in his legal community, Mr. Wiederkehr is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Prior to joining Miller Zeiderman & Wiederkehr, he held associate and partner roles at two other private New York-based firms.
