He has also servedas a receiver for the SEC case involving over 250 investor victims, while also securing a $150 million judgment in a separate investment fraud case.Mr. Bustos’ leadership capabilities are evidenced by his former role as chairman of the Federal Court Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas – a prestigious group of attorneys that provides counsel on practice issues to the federal courts.
