Frank Lyle

Frank Lyle is a past President of the Denton County Trial Lawyers Association. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest rating awarded for Legal Ability and Ethics. He is a Super Lawyer as recognized by Texas Monthly. Frank is a veteran attorney, having represented hundreds of individuals in personal injury cases, insurance disputes and other general business matters.As a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Lyle represents clients all over Texas including Denton, Dallas, Tarrant, Wise, Cooke and Montague County. Because of his extensive knowledge and experience with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, he represents clients throughout the State of Texas who were injured by 18 wheeler trucks or tractor/trailer combinations. Since the cases involving injuries due to recalled pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices are often consolidated by Federal Law, Mr. Lyle represents clients from Texas and other states in those proceedings. He also serves as a mediator for disputes involving other parties and has mediated well over 300 cases.A Cum Laude graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi where he is in the sports hall of fame, and a graduate of the South Texas College of Law, Mr. Lyle returned to the Denton Area in 1986 to practice law where he grew up. Mr. Lyle is a successful litigator, mediator and counselor who has authored a number of articles. He is involved in a wide variety of community activities in Denton and Argyle.
