G. Ware Cornell, Jr.

G. Ware Cornell Jr. is the founder of the firm Cornell & Associates in Weston, Florida. Focusing his civil litigation practice on personal injury and labor and employment matters, he has handled some 200 trials in state and federal courts, most of them as first chair before juries. His successful track record and ethical standards have earned Mr. Cornell an AV-Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell.After graduating from Emory University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts in history, Mr. Cornell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1975. Prior to forming his firm in 1988, he clerked for a judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and gained valuable experience through his tenure at three southern Florida litigation firms.Since 1975, Mr. Cornell has been admitted to practice in both Florida and Georgia.
