Gary S. Kessler

As president of Kessler Collins, PC, Gary S. Kessler is well-known throughout Texas for corporate litigation services that are practically unmatched. With extensive national and international experience, Mr. Kessler has represented countless major domestic and international corporations, financial institutions and insurers. He focuses on complex corporate matters such as business litigation, commercial real estate and leasing, intellectual property, insurance and commercial litigation, securities litigation and arbitration. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame in 1971, Mr. Kessler received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University in 1974. While attending law school, he earned the Russell Baker Moot Court Award and was president of the professional law fraternity Delta Theta Phi.Today, Mr. Kessler is a member of the prestigious Dallas Inns of Court and is an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
