Gino Serpe is the owner of The Law Office of Gino D. Serpe in San Diego, California. He focuses his practice exclusively on business litigation and civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, real estate, fraud, securities fraud, fraudulent transfers, unfair business practices and trade secrets.Courtroom litigation takes a lot of time and money, and Mr. Serpe strives to seek a resolution for his clients’ legal matters that will address both the issue at hand and their financial constraints.
