Harold J. Stanton, UCLA Law School Juris Doctorate, Senior Editor UCLA Law Review. Former California Deputy Attorney General.  Family law and mediation consultant in private practice.  Member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers ("AAML") since 1979, former President AAML Southern California Chapter, and Dean of its Trial Advocacy Seminar (2005).  Lecturer on business and Intellectual Property issues in Family Law at the Association of Certified Family Law Specialist's Spring 2017 Seminar.  Author and Lecturer on Zen Techniques for Family Lawyers for the American Bar Association, Family Law Section, and the AAML.Hal practices Family law with his wife and partner, Marian L. Stanton, Esq.  Both have extensive education, training and experience in Family Law litigation, mediation, arbitration and negotiation.  Hal and Marian also offer joint mediation for individuals and/or couples, as well as mediation consulting services.   Hal has written, produced, and directed the films Marriage of Mardel and its sequel, Mardell II, for Family Law legal seminars dealing with intellectual property, celebrity good will, custody and complex business issues in Family Law cases.
