Henry A. Steinberg

Henry Steinberg is a partner at Kazan Law where he represents individuals and families facing the devastating effects of mesothelioma caused by exposure to asbestos and talc containing asbestos.  Henry practices in all stages of civil litigation, including interviewing and deposing clients, witnesses, and experts; formulating and executing discovery strategies; and examining witness at jury trials.In 2012, Henry graduatedmagna cum laudefrom U.C. Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, where he served as an editor of the Hastings Law Journal and earned honors including the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Negotiation and Mediation and in Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, membership in the Thurston Society, and Outstanding Achievement in Pro Bono for his work on behalf of Ecuadorian human rights victims and their families.
