Jaime S. Duggan

Jaime Duggan is an attorney and founder of Duggan & Associates, PLLC.  Jaime’s primary legal focus is on family law related issues including divorce, child custody, adoptions and premarital agreements. Jaime believes that every client is different and strives to ensure she providesquality legal services tailoredto the needs and desired outcome of every individual client. She enjoys working on complex legal issues including cases related to the unique situations surrounding LGBTQ clients, clients who own businesses, and clients who needunique legal solutionsto their family law related concerns.Jaime has been successful in helping her clients to obtain “primary” custody of their children in “non-traditional” situations, including fathers, grandparents, step-parents, family members and non-biologically related persons. Jaimestrives to push the boundaries of each legal battleand does not shy away from difficult legal arenas in order to provide her clients a path to a successful future for them and their family.Jaime believes in serving her client’s needs by being an active member of the community in North Texas. In addition to being named by her peers as aSuper Lawyer Rising Star, Jaime was also named as acity influencerby the Dallas Convention and Visitor’s Bureau in connection with Dallas’s “BIG” Campaign. Her leadership in the community earned her the North Texas GLBT Chamber of CommerceEmerging Leader of the Yearaward. She also served on Dallas’s Black Tie Dinner Board of Directors and helped to raise over one million dollars for the North Texas LGBTQ community.Jaime also served for several years as a volunteer leader of the Human Rights Campaign and was chair of HRC’s National Board of Governors. Jaime’sleadership abilitieshave made her aproven successin the courtroom, in negotiations and in building a legal strategy for each of her clients rooted in protecting what is most important to them and their family.
