James B. Griffin

James Griffin specializes in Land Use Law including, generally, real estate and development issues for property owners, developers and end users of all shapes and sizes.  Specifically, his practice entails environmental planning and permitting, economic development/special district creation, municipal land use planning, zoning, and public law, development permitting, and government relations throughout central and south Texas (based in San Antonio/Bexar County). In addition to representing clients on land use and economic incentive matters, James also brings experience handling complex issues impacting governmental entities including local, state and federal regulation compliance, open meeting requirements, election procedures and taxation matters.
