James K. Spivey

A stalwart champion for his clients, James K. Spivey has strived to represent them judiciously and with grace and poise in their complex and contentious eminent domain matters. From the law firm Spivey Valenciano PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, he serves residents throughout the surrounding region, as well as across the state. Within his legal community, he is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Foundation and the Texas Land and Mineral Owners Association, among many others.Mr. Spivey completed his undergraduate studies in 1992, graduating magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He went on to attend The University of Texas School of Law, where he honed his legal acumen and talents in the efforts to help his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1995, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Texas.
