Jason A. Newfield

Jason A. Newfield has been a formidable presence in the legal field for over two decades, dedicating his career to advocating for individuals who have been unfairly denied long-term disability claims by large insurance companies. Working out of his office at the Newfield Law Group, based in Melville, New York, his practice focuses on representing claimants in disability insurance claims and litigation, covering ERISA, as well as private and governmental policies of short and long-term disability, long-term care, life insurance and health plans.Throughout his career, Mr. Newfield has worked with thousands of claimants and secured hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients.
