Jason Imler

As the owner of Imler Law in Lutz, Florida, attorney Jason Imler passionately navigates the intricate waters of employment and labor law. Since 2017, he has been guiding individuals through a variety of employment law matters, including issues such as discrimination and retaliation litigation, employee compensation rights, noncompete agreements, FMLA compliance, sexual harassment litigation and FLSA compliance, among others.A proud native of the Tampa Bay area, Mr. Imler's dedication to the law is evident. He graduated with honors from Cooley Law School and became licensed to practice in Florida in 2017. His credentials also include admission to the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.Mr. Imler's career journey has been diverse and enriching. After law school, he took on roles such as an administrative professional with the guardian ad litem office in Pinellas County and a legal administrator for the Home Shopping Network. He also championed the plaintiff’s side employment law as a partner in a Tampa firm. Before embarking on his legal education, he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.Active within his community, Mr. Imler is involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD), currently serving as treasurer. His previous roles include serving on the YLD event committee and acting as a liaison for the YLD board to the 5K pro-bono run and the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation. In addition to his involvement with the HCBA YLD, he brings a wealth of experience from serving as a board member for his local homeowners association, has poured years of passion into guiding the Land O' Lakes Little League as a director and actively participates as an associate member of the C. H. Ferguson M. E. White American Inn of Court.
