Bloom has established a reputation as an astute litigator in his nearly 35 years of practice. Representing clients throughout the New York metropolitan area and statewide, Mr. Bloom largely concentrates his practice on medical malpractice, a field in which he has distinguished himself, but he also takes on other personal injury matters, including product liability, auto accidents and construction accidents, in addition to legal malpractice litigation.Mr. Bloom's extensive record as a trial lawyer includes numerous significant verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
