Jeffrey S. Tarker

Jeffrey S. Tarker is a founding partner of Conlon Tarker, P.C., in Butler, Pennsylvania.  He focuses his practice on helping people who have suffered personal injury.Jeff is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He was a presidential scholar and had a dual major in both political science and history. Jeff then attended the University of Dayton School of Law. He was an award-winning writer and a semifinalist in the Honorable Walter Rice Moot Court Competition. Jeff was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 1997. Along with his friend and colleague, Ray Conlon, Jeff founded the law firm of Conlon Tarker to provide quality advocacy to victims of injury and negligence.Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, as well as the Allegheny and Butler County Bar Associations.  He has been honored with Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star selections in 2008 - 2012, and was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2013 through 2020.
