Jennifer A. Mello is a family law attorney with over 20 years of legal experience. She is a partner at Mello & Pickering, LLP, in San Jose, California, serving clients in the San Jose area and statewide. She handles all types of family law matters and has experience with divorce, adoption, alimony, annulment, child custody, child support, legal separation, modifications, paternity, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and property division.As a family lawyer, Ms. Mello is experienced with both traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation. While attending law school, she developed her legal experience by working for the County of Santa Clara Alternate Defender’s Office and the Santa Cruz Public Defender.
