Jennifer L. Grinke is the co-founder and a partner at Grinke & Stewart Law located in Frisco, Texas. With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Ms. Grinke focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, including child support and custody, adoptions, premarital and postmarital agreements, divorce, paternity, enforcements, visitation rights and so on.Ms. Grinke is a zealous and fierce attorney fighting for her clients’ rights. She has been trained for collaborative practice and helped to create Collaborative Family Solutions, a group that is dedicated to providing resolutions through collaboration in family law cases.With a Bachelor of Science degree from the Santa Clara University College of Arts and Sciences, Ms. Grinke has a major in political science and finance. Graduating cum laude, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law with dean’s list honors. While in law school, she was appointed as guardian ad litem through the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA) program, through which she was a volunteer advocate for neglected and abused children.Ms. Grinke, in law school, was also an associate editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and was secretary for the legal fraternity of Phi Alpha Delta. She was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council and was chosen onto the Gonzaga’s National Trial Team and participated in many trial competitions.Actively affiliated with many legal organizations in her community, Ms. Grinke is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Junior League of Dallas, Curt B. Henderson American Inn of Court, Texas Young Lawyers Association and Collin County Bar Association. She was president of the Collin County Young Lawyers Association and co-chair of the Collin County Bar Association’s family law section. She is on the Advisory Board of the CASA Collin County.
