Jeremiah Frei-Pearson

Jeremiah Frei-Pearson is one of the founding partners of the law firm Finkelstein, Blankinship, Frei-Pearson & Garber, LLP, in White Plains, New York. An accomplished litigator, Mr. Frei-Pearson handles class-action cases focusing on civil rights, consumer protection, consumer privacy, employment law, securities and investor fraud, and whistleblower actions. Representing consumers, employees and other ordinary Americans in actions that take on powerful corporations, he has helped to recover numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements in favor of his clients. He represents a variety of consumers and employees in White Plains, Dutchess County and throughout southeastern New York.A magna cum laude graduate of Skidmore College, Mr. Frei-Pearson earned his law degree from Stanford Law School. During law school, he served as a senior symposium editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review and held a prestigious fellowship through the Stanford Public Interest Law Foundation.His accomplishments on behalf of his clients have earned Mr. Frei-Pearson a number of honors and awards, including being featured on the National Trial Lawyers Association's list of the top 100 trial lawyers. He has also received honors and recognition for his public interest law and community work. For his work on death penalty cases, he received the Association of the Bar of the City of New York's Thurgood Marshall Fellowship. Mr. Frei-Pearson also received a citation from the New York City Council for his child advocacy work.Mr. Frei-Pearson is chair of the White Plains Mayor's Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities. He also has experience working for the national nonprofit organization Children's Rights, Inc., where he litigated on behalf of foster children.
