    EducationJeremy has been helping those who have been seriously injured for more than 16 years.  He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University (2005).  He then attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he earned his law degree (2008).The Practice of LawAfter graduating law school, Jeremy joined Drake, Hileman & Davis. Since then he has handled personal injury claims as well as other general civil litigation matters.  These range from dog bites and car accidents, to contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and bad faith claims against insurance companies. During this time, Jeremy has successfully presented cases before juries, judges and arbitration panels.  He has practiced law at both the county and federal levels throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2014, he accepted a position as a shareholder in the Firm.Jeremy is also a member of Pennsylvania’s Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He is also an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, where he previously served as the Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division (2019), Chair of the Bench Bar Conference (2020), Chair of the Long-Term Strategic Planning Committee (2021), Treasurer (2022 and 2023), and President-Elect (2024). He currently serves as President (2025), becoming the 3rd youngest BCBA President since its inception in 1853 .
