Joan M. Gilbride

Ms. Gilbride has been practicing law for over 30 years with a primary focus on defending employers of all kinds in employment litigation.  She has tried numerous jury trials and handled all facets of employment litigation, resulting in a substantial number of published opinions.  In addition, she has argued a significant number of appeals in both federal and state courts.  Ms. Gilbride is active in the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
