John G. Fischer

John G. Fischer is a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney and a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. His practice is focused on patent and trademark prosecution, litigation, and transactional matters. He has represented clients in patent infringement suits in the federal courts from coast to coast, including clients from North America, Asia, and Europe. Mr. Fischer has prosecuted over 100 domestic and international patents from the perspective of litigation counsel. He graduated with a BSME from USC and received his J.D. from SMU. The combination of his legal expertise and extensive engineering experience in mechanics, manufacturing, electronics, and oil-and-gas exploration provides his clients with a unique level of participation in securing the rights to their inventions.
