John M. Feder

John M. Feder is a trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience and expertise in representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. As a partner at the San Francisco law firm of Rouda Feder Tietjen & McGuinn, John specializes in cases involving defective products, medical malpractice, elder abuse, negligence by public entities, trucking accidents, taxicab accidents and other causes. His tenacity, compassion and dedication to the people he represents are unmatched, and in combination with his experience, has led to numerous outstanding verdicts and settlements over the course of his career.John is a past president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA) and served as the President of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) in 2014. He has written and lectured extensively on personal injury and trial practice topics for various publications, programs and organizations. He has also taught trial advocacy courses at Hastings College of the Law for many years, and he serves as a settlement conference panelist for the Marin and San Francisco Superior Courts, and for the Bar Association of San Francisco.
