John M. Ransom

John Ransom is a Shareholder in the firm’s Business Group. An accomplished corporate and business lawyer, he has extensive transactional experience. John advises clients on a variety of legal matters including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and management equity incentives. He often acts as de facto general counsel for closely held private and family-owned businesses.
