John O. Pinkney

He is appointed as a general and litigation counsel to Mission Springs Water District, and general counsel to a public utility authority and a private water company, in addition to being a special counsel to joint powers authorities and California cities.Furthermore, Mr. Pinkney has served as an assistant city attorney to several Southern California municipalities and has represented public agencies in large and complex cases. He has succeeded in obtaining a $17 million judgment for a public agency client against a developer in a complex trial, in which he served as a co-trial counsel.
