The case, Grigson v. Farmers Group, Inc., culminated in June 2020 with a class settlement of $52 million, including attorneys fees and costs and the distribution of awards is nearly complete. Among his other significant cases, he was chosen for the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the Valsartan Products Liability Litigation, a major pharmaceutical case concerning contaminated blood pressure medication taken by millions of Americans.A respected figure in the legal community, Mr. Davis actively participates in various associations, including the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, The State Bar of California, the Alabama State Bar, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Austin Bar Association.
