    Mr. Perry is respected across Pennsylvania as one of the most active and authoritative lecturers in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury and is an Adjunct Professor of litigation at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (Named to Who’s Who in Law Higher Education). Mr. Perry has earned a reputation as a champion of victim’s rights and his battle with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare over a recipient’s obligation to repay benefits was named the 2008 case of the year in the State of Pennsylvania. In 2013, Mr. Perry’s battle with an ERISA Plan culminated in a nationally monitored United States Supreme Court decision clarifying victims’ ERISA repayment obligations.
