Jonathan S. Kitchen

Jonathan S. Kitchen is the founder and principal attorney at the Kitchen Law Group, PC, in San Francisco, California. He concentrates his practice on commercial and real estate litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has tried dozens of cases in both federal and state courts throughout the U.S. in various business matters, including class actions involving securities, real estate, corporate and fraud as well as construction issues. He has conducted numerous arbitrations and handled appeals in both state and federal courts.With a “Good” rating on Avvo, Mr. Kitchen is a dedicated and zealous advocate for his clients. He also holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge, where he also received a Ph.D. in law and was a Fellow of Churchill College.Mr. Kitchen also has a diploma in comparative law with great distinction from the European University where he taught Comparative Labor Law. When he moved to the United States, he taught at Stanford Law School before going into private practice. Mr. Kitchen has memberships in The State Bar of California’s Litigation Section, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section. He was also a member of its Trial Evidence Committee.Having written extensively, Mr. Kitchen has authored two books and published several articles. Honored for his exceptional legal work, Mr. Kitchen is named to the list of Top Attorneys in Northern California by the American Registry.
