Joseph V. Charlton

Joe is an experienced business attorney who handles all aspects of business/corporate representation (including litigation).  In addition to his business practice, Joe is experienced in Energy Law where he represents landowners regarding all aspects of oil, gas and mineral leasing and related land/property issues.Joe graduated in 1998 from Freeport Area High School, where he finished at the top of his class. He attended Geneva College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, graduating in 2002 with honors. He attended University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating in 2005. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Charlton Law with offices located in Sarver, Butler, and Ford City, Pennsylvania.Since 2011, Charlton Law has grown to a seven (7) lawyer practice handling a wide array of practice areas.
