Joshua J. Mr. Knepp brings his previous experience as a medical malpractice defense attorney to now litigate  claims on behalf of plaintiffs, achieving maximum results on behalf of his clients, including:$7.7 million settlement for the misdiagnosis of a pulmonary embolism.$4.85 million settlement for failure to diagnose an aortic dissection.$4 million settlement for the estate of a man who died as a result of a delay in the diagnosis of his cancer.$2 million jury verdict for an emergency room's failure to diagnose a stroke.After graduating magna cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in criminology, Mr. Knepp earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During his studies, Mr. Knepp participated in a multitude of activities at the institution, including the health law civil practice clinic (representing low-income individuals experiencing health-related legal issues such as Social Security Disability appeals) and interning at the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender.Upon completion of his law education, Mr. Knepp maintained a general practice firm and gained experience in many different areas of the law such as civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning, real estate, and collections.
