Justin A. Heller

Justin is a managing partner of Nolan & Heller, a member of the AAA Roster of Neutrals, and a past President of the CRBBA. Justin regularly serves as debtor’s counsel in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and as counsel for lenders on commercial loan workouts and restructurings, liquidations, foreclosures, litigation, seizures and receiverships, and all facets of bankruptcy. In addition to insolvency matters, Justin represents business clients in corporate, financial, transactional, and general business matters and handles a broad range of commercial and business litigation, including matters involving contract disputes, franchise and licensing, dissolution proceedings, derivative actions, and partner and shareholder disputes.
