Katherine F. Biadasz Khamis

Serving as an associate attorney at the Mission Viejo-based law firm – Roehl Law Group, P.C., in California – attorney Katherine F. Biadasz Khamis concentrates her practice on areas of probate, trust and conservatorship administration.Prior to working as an associate attorney, Ms. Khamis worked as a law clerk in probate for two years, and worked in Chapman University's Alona Cortese Elder Law Center from August, 2015 through May, 2016. In addition, while in law school, Ms. Khamis worked as a judicial extern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.Ms. Khamis earned her undergraduate degree in English from Southern Methodist University in 2013. In 2016, she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law.Ms. Khamis is an active member of the trusts and estates legal community in Orange County, having served on the board of the Orange County Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section since 2019. Ms. Khamis is a past Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section, and current member of the board. Ms. Khamis has participated in lectures and panels, and has contributed to written materials for continuing legal education programs on probate, trust, conservatorship, and estate planning matters.
