She then enrolled at Penn State Dickinson Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2006. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.While in law school, Ms. O'Connor worked for the school's Family Law Clinic, and she served as a senior editor for the Penn State International Law Review where she published an article exploring international child custody rights issues.
