Kelly Kotliar

Kelly Kotliar is a partner at the law firm of Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, LLP, which has its offices in New York, New York. She focuses her practice on family law matters including divorce, equitable distribution, separation agreements, pre- and postnuptial agreements, spousal support, child support and child custody, marital property distribution, paternity, relocation and more.Graduating cum laude, Ms. Kotliar received her Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and Spanish from The State University of New York at New Paltz. She studied a semester abroad at the Universidad de Sevilla. She obtained her Juris Doctor at the St. John's University School of Law in 2012 and graduated with dean’s list honors.While in law school, Ms. Kotliar was editor-in-chief of the New York Litigator Law Journal and was president of the Family Law Society. She is licensed to practice law in New York.
