Kenneth A. Remson has more than 30 years of experience handling complex insurance coverage claims in jurisdictions across the country. He has represented large national and international insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage issues and disputes regarding commercial, personal lines, and excess policies. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of errors and omissions; directors and officers; environmental liability; construction defects; employment practices liability; cyber security; business interruption; and aviation matters.Ken draws on experience as a deputy attorney general for the state of Hawaii in the Civil Recoveries Division, where he represented the state’s agencies, departments, and employees in construction disputes, insurance coverage, class actions, collections, and other complex claims.
