Kevin M. Malloy

Kevin Malloy is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has tried approximately 30 jury trials to verdict in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has tried hundreds of compulsory and private arbitration matters in PA, NJ and federal court.  He sits regularly as a settlement master for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Malloy has been a trial lawyer for over 35 years and has achieved numerous million dollar plus recoveries.  In 1999, he was awarded a Fellowship in Trial Advocacy through Temple University’s Trial Advocacy Fellowship Program.  He is regularly appointed as a mediator and arbitrator in private Alternative Dispute settings and also regularly sits as an arbitrator for the County of Philadelphia's compulsory arbitration program.  Mr. Malloy strongly believes in giving back to his community. For 15 years, he served his community by volunteering his time sitting as a panelist and then chairperson for the Northampton Township Youth Aid Panel, a police initiated program, providing juvenile offenders with a second chance after committing minor offenses. Earlier in his career he sat as a board member of the Bucks County Inter-Racial Harmony Group and was also a board member of the American Liver Foundation, Philadelphia Chapter. Currently, in his spare time, Kevin and his wife, who are both certified therapy dog handlers, volunteer their time by taking their pit bull therapy dog to nursing homes, hospitals, libraries and schools.
