Ms. Berg has held several executive board positions with the Westchester Women's Bar Association, including: President, Vice President;, Secretary, Local Director and as President, Secretary and Director of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association Foundation since 2011. She also co-chairs the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York's Employment Law Committee, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association Employment Law, By Laws and Mentor Committees, and previously co-chaired Awards. She is a member of the Gender Fairness Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law Committee on Women in the Law, the Federal Bar Association, Federal Bar Council and New York State Bar Association.
