Kimberly A. Madigan

Kimberly Madigan is a Certified Family Law Specialist* and founding partner of Madigan & Lewis, LLP, a San Mateo family law firm. She is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California. *The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.This is Ms. Madigan’s 21st year of law practice. Ms. Madigan was selected to Super Lawyers in 2019 - 2023. Prior to this, she was named a “Rising Star” in family law by Super Lawyers on the basis of peer recognition and professional achievement for years 2012-2015.Ms. Madigan currently serves on the Board of Directors for Collaborative Practice of California and served as President in 2021-2022.In 2015, she served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association.Ms. Madigan is a member of the State Bar of California; ACFLS; San Mateo County Bar Association; the Collaborative Practice Group of San Mateo County; the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.In 2022, Ms. Madigan presented "The Business of Family Law" to the Barristers Section and Family Law Section of the SMCBA together with Victoria K.
