Konrad Kircher

A former Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps, Konrad Kircher has a passion for helping those who have been injured by another. The founder of Kircher Law, LLC, he represents the people of Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and throughout Ohio in cases of civil rights and sexual assaults. He has gained nationwide recognition as a champion against child sexual abuse perpetrators.Understanding that validating survivors extends beyond mere financial support, Mr. Kircher is dedicated to supporting every facet of their recovery journey. His comprehensive approach reflects a commitment to the holistic well-being of those he represents, acknowledging the nuanced and multifaceted nature of their healing process.Additionally, Mr. Kircher has cultivated proficiency in advocating for individuals who have experienced police misconduct and civil rights violations. Although most police officers are dedicated public servants, there exists a subset whose actions are less than honorable. Moreover, even well-meaning officers may occasionally make regrettable errors, leading to severe injury or loss of life for innocent individuals. He also firmly asserts that pursuing legal recourse in these cases is imperative to elevate law enforcement standards and reduce the incidence of rights violations.Acknowledged for his notable contributions in advocating for survivors of sexual abuse, Mr. Kircher has also demonstrated legal prowess in securing justice for two Ohio families. In civil rights cases arising from the tragic loss of family members at the hands of police officers, he successfully facilitated settlements, resulting in a total compensation of $5 million.Mr. Kircher is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Dayton School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1992. Prior to that, he attained a bachelor's degree in political science from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master's in international affairs from American University. He holds admission to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.Mr. Kircher is a member of several professional organizations, including the Warren County Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association and the Ohio Association for Justice. Also, he is the immediate Past-President of the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
