I understand the strain that a loved one’s death can place on familial relationships. As a probate attorney, I take my role as “counselor” very seriously, and I strive to represent my Executor and Administrator clients in a manner designed to promote family harmony and foster good will.Estate administration is oftentimes complex and emotional. If your loved one has died without a will in Texas, the probate process can be even more complicated and time-consuming - especially when blended families, minor children, and/or incapacitated heirs are involved. My focus is on providing sound guidance and creative solutions designed to lighten the emotional and financial burden and mitigate any unintended consequences.
