Leon Carter

Leon Carter is the principal attorney at the law firm Carter Arnett PLLC in Dallas, Texas. He is licensed to practice in Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.Mr. Carter was a Dallas County Assistant District Attorney and an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas state after law school.
