Leon K. Ainer

Leon K. Ainer serves as the managing partner at Ainer & Fraker, LLP, in Los Gatos and in Oakland, California, where he leverages his credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to create substantial savings for his clients. His unique combination of qualifications makes him exceptionally suited to handle complex estate planning and taxation issues.In his practice, Mr. Ainer not only drafts trusts and wills but also offers consultations on buying and selling of real estate, represents clients before the IRS, and provides counsel on all tax-related concerns. His practice areas include taxation of individuals and business entities and business entity creations through incorporation, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and partnerships.Before his tenure at Ainer & Fraker, LLP, Mr. Ainer worked with various financial institutions as a corporate trustee on existing trusts. In this role, he effectively terminated and settled hundreds of large estates and acted as executor on probate matters. His extensive experience as a trustee and executor provides him with a comprehensive understanding of estate planning from multiple perspectives – those of the client, the trustee or executor, the financial institution and the attorney.Mr. Ainer is deeply committed to assisting individuals in creating and preserving wealth and assets for their families. He also contributes his skills to the Bible Fellowship Church and serves on the boards of the Peninsula Omega Youth Club and Evangequipp Missions.Mr. Ainer completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting at San Jose State University followed by his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in taxation at Golden Gate University School of Law. Admitted to The State Bar of California in 1998, he also holds special admissions to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
