Throughout my 20 plus years of practice I have been fortunate to represent a variety of clients in a wide range of matters including commercial and personal injury litigation. Whether I am representing a small company in a simple contract dispute or a multi-national corporation in a complicated products liability litigation, my goal is always to provide superior representation for a reasonable fee. Early in my career, I learned that superior representation could only be achieved by acquiring a complete understanding of the facts and the law applicable to a particular issue. I pride myself on being a lawyer who rolls up his sleeves and dives into a case. I work long and hard hours doing the grunt work as well as the glamour work. As lawyers we have a duty to our clients to zealously represent their interests. We also have a duty to the profession, and to our system of justice, to be honest, reasonable and fair. Because of my reputation and professional achievement, I have been selected for membership in the Trial Attorneys of America. Membership in this organization is limited to 200 of the country's premier trial lawyers and is by nomination only. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, the Trial Lawyers of America is dedicated to promoting and maintaining the knowledge and skills of its members and the integrity of the trial bar.
