Marc Decker

Attorney Marc Decker is a partner at Decker Bradburn, Attorneys at Law, in State College, Pennsylvania. Mr. Decker primarily practices criminal law, serving clients in State College and throughout central Pennsylvania.Mr. Decker has knowledge and experience with all areas of criminal defense law, including felonies, misdemeanors, summary offenses and traffic offenses. Over the course of his legal career, he has successfully litigated matters involving assault, drug crimes, DUI, expungements, parole revocations and probation revocations. He litigates at the trial and appellate levels.In addition to running his practice, Mr. Decker is involved in the Pennsylvania legal community. He is a member of the Centre County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In recognition of his accomplishments, in 2015 he earned a Lead Counsel Rating in criminal defense and DUI. Along with his role as a private attorney, he is a pro bono attorney adviser for St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy.Mr. Decker received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pennsylvania State University and earned his law degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 2012, which qualifies him to appear in all Pennsylvania state courts. Prior to joining Decker Bradburn, Attorneys at Law, as a partner, he practiced for two years as an associate at another law firm in State College.
