He is well-known for initiating a chain of class actions on end payors’ behalf against pharmaceutical defendants, which were merged with the AWP Litigation case. Through this case, he was able to successfully obtain a settlement of more than $341 million.Additionally, Mr. Edelson has worked as lead or co-lead counsel on many class action cases involving consumer fraud and defective products.
