Marc Robert Steinberg

As the managing partner of Rubin Glickman Steinberg and Gifford, PC, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, since 1980, Marc Steinberg is the consummate litigator in all manner of criminal and civil cases before state and federal courts, including homicide and major criminal cases, personal injury matters and business and commercial litigation. He holds certification seven times from the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Criminal Law specialist since 1986. Mr. Steinberg practices before all Pennsylvania state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  For the past 30 years, he has served as a Discovery Master/Civil Case Hearing Officer for the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County.Throughout his career, Mr. Steinberg has represented many people accused of crimes and has obtained acquittals or the dismissal of charges in every type of criminal case, including murder, rape, drugs and sex offenses.
