Marcy Fassio

Attorney Marcy Fassio is the founder of Fassio Law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ms. Fassio focuses her practice on matters of criminal defense — including misdemeanors, felonies, hearings, negotiations, sentencing —  and represents clients throughout central Oklahoma, including El Reno, Moore, Mustang, Norman, Yukon Canadian, and throughout Cleveland and Oklahoma counties.Ms. Fassio earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She has been admitted to practice law in Oklahoma since 2005.Before founding her firm, Ms. Fassio spent many years as a prosecutor at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office.
